Practice Sights Clinician Recruitment System allows a modest-sized office to function as a large recruitment organization.  Clinicians provide information on their personal and professional needs and preferences, which are then matched to compatible opportunities.  Practice Sights closely and helpfully follows candidates through the entire recruitment process.  The software promotes development of quality practice and community profiles with information on a community’s history, demographics, social and economic environment and specifics about available practice openings.

Practice Sights Retention Management System provides a standardized and state-of-the-art way for states to routinely gather real-time data from clinicians as they serve in states’ and the National Health Service Corps’ (NHSC) loan repayment, scholarship and other incentive programs. Data provides states and staff of these programs with information to make clinicians’ service experiences as positive and productive as possible, i.e., management data. Retention system data allows programs to identify and document outcomes, and most importantly enhance the retention of their clinicians. This retention data gathering system routinely surveys clinicians as they serve in these public programs to provide quality, consistent, real time, convenient and ongoing data to inform the management and retention of clinicians in service programs.
